Wow, Seattle? I thought I recognized that street! I lived in Seattle for 8 years.
I really love this photo a lot. So the focal point seems to be the hugging couple. What this picture says to me is that one can get lost in their own personal world with someone they love seeing as the two had stopped in the bustle of the city to share their affection for each other, and I love that.
The sign they're standing next to can change the entire meaning, however, with the euphemism associated with'you could score', but either way, this picture is very endearing! It makes me miss the bustle of Seattle a lot, in addition.
